By accessing or using Northino platforms (Learning, Studio, Kids, YARE), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We provide educational content, content creation tools, translation services, and children's entertainment in local languages.

2. User Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content submitted. You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing materials.

3. Payment & Fees

Payment is due as specified at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Platform fees may vary depending on whether you consent to the use of your data for research and AI training (YARE platform). Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

The content on Northino platforms, including course materials and videos, is protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. You retain full ownership of your original content and translated content once payment is complete. Translators and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Usage & Consent

6. Quality & Revisions

Orders may be cancelled before work begins without penalty. Once work has started, partial fees may apply based on progress. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, where applicable, relevant international data protection regulations such as the GDPR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
